Clinical profile
Careful psychology for complex questions.
Good psychological work should do more than name a problem. It should help make sense of the experiences, patterns and circumstances shaping what is happening—and provide a clearer way forward.
I am a Clinical Psychologist with more than 15 years of experience in therapy, psychological assessment, supervision and psychology education. I work with children, adolescents and adults across the lifespan. People often come to OWL with questions that have been difficult to answer, concerns that overlap, or experiences they want to understand more fully.
My approach is thoughtful, collaborative and direct. In therapy, we develop a shared understanding of what is happening and work towards goals that matter to you. In assessment, I bring together developmental history, current functioning, standardised measures and clinical judgement rather than relying on a single score. I explain my reasoning, findings and any limitations in clear language.
My work includes psychological therapy, EMDR, ADHD, autism and cognitive assessment, and Cogmed Working Memory Training. I also provide structured professional supervision for provisional psychologists, clinical registrars and registered psychologists.
Across each area of my work, I value careful thinking, honest conversations and psychology that has a practical purpose.
